Florida Keys Fishing for Mahi-mahi

Mahi-mahi: Plentiful in the Florida Keys, Dolphin Fish offer pandemonium in the cockpit — adding to the fun. Also known as Dorado, these fish show up most often in the spread, especially in the keys. We like catching them on the troll or locating Frigate Birds to find the big free swimming Mahi’s. Our favorite way to catch them is on light spinning tackle if you can find the right flotsam to fish them right behind the stern.
